Our customer and field service reps are are here when you need them, ready to work hand-in-hand to find solutions that work for you, quickly and efficiently.

Preventative Maintenance Service Plans

Grote Company offers annual and bi-annual service agreements that are completely tailored to you – your location, equipment quantity and selection, and the types of service you need. With these plans, you enjoy the same scheduled service from Grote Company’s field technicians, at a discounted flat rate. You only pay for the visits you use, after the fact – no contract or pre-payment required.

Used Equipment Support

Regardless if you bought your equipment directly from us or from a third-party, we are dedicated to making sure it runs to original operating specifications and meets your needs.

Reconditioning and Compliance Upgrades

We provide equipment reconditioning and compliance upgrades, to lengthen our equipment’s already long lifespan and maximize your investment.
